Paul Soare has more than 17 years of experience, out of which more than 12 years of management in finance and accounting field in Romania. He started his career in the local office of one of the top audit companies in the world and alongside his career he managed a number of support functions (financial reporting, accounting, treasury, IT & IS, legal, HR, permitting), directed the people serving these functions, was involved and managed projects as design an implementation of ERP systems, corporate structure, business processes and operational procedures and served as member in a number of boards.
